Hutton Vale is 2000acres of picturesque rolling countryside in the Barossa Ranges taken up by the family in 1842. Situated 5 kilometres east of Angaston toward the northern end of Eden Valley, Hutton Vale is the home of, and surrounded by, premium quality vineyards.
Historically it has produced pome fruits, wool, meat and cereal crops, wine grapes, currants, walnuts and even tobacco. Today we concentrate on wine grape growing, wool, sheep meat and cereals along side our handcrafted wines and condiments.
There is a strong focus on quality and long-term environmental sustainability. Having been here for seven generations we would like the future generations to have the choice to continue rural production.
